Football/Transferts – Bakambu back to France ?

Several Ligue 1 clubs are linked to the former Villareal striker.

The congolese player is clubless since the end of his contract last summer with Beijing Guoan, the club he joined after a few seasons in Laliga. After being associated with Barça last year, Bakambu could come back in Ligue 1, where he exploded with Sochaux. Lyon, who needs forwards because of Slimani’s and Ekambi’s participations to the Afcon, Marseille, who lost Dieng for the same reason and needs someone to back up Milik, and Nice could be interested by the 30 years old player, according to Foot-Mercato.
