Impressive physique, impressive training but also impressive diet! Chris Hemsworth’s coach revealed that the actor followed an almost vegan diet to play Thor.
Luke Zocchi, Chris Hemsworth coach, said “We put Chris on a meat-free plan for avengers 3 and 4. He ate mostly wholefoods rich in nutrients using various types of proteins, grains, fruits, legumes and fats.”
He then explained Thor’s training : “We train depending once to twice a day, and then it is basically six meals a day just like clean protein and veg.”
