Wout Van Aert and Mathieu Van der Poel back on cyclo-cross!

Mathieu Van der Poel and Wout Van Aert are back in cyclo-cross competition, but this year they won’t be the only ones in the world.

Finally! The two stars of world cycling have resumed the competition for the cyclo cross season. Van der Poel resumed last week, while Belgian champion Van Aert resumed this weekend. And they’re already in shape… But this season, they will have a lot to do since many opponents will be present to thwart the plans of the Dutch and Belgian. Indeed, the British cyclo cross world champion Thomas Pidcock has been very strong for a year and a half and is quite capable of competing with the two favourites at the world championships this year. We can also mention the Belgians Laurens Sweeck and Eli Iserbyt who will try for several seasons to show themselves at the level of Pidcock, Van der Poel and Van Aert.
